D'Addario XTC46 Classical guitar strings Hard Tension

£14.79

The Classical guitar strings D'Addario XTC46, hard tension, is a popular choice for their rich tone, increased resistance and strong projection. D'Addario XTCs are the most natural-sounding, longest-lasting coated strings available. XTC Coated Technology starts with the highest quality wrap wire materials, precision drawn and micro coated on advanced proprietary machinery. The ultra-fine layer of XTC Coating is bonded to the silver-plated copper wrap wire which is then wound onto a multi-filament core. The result is a built-in barrier against the corrosion and wear that can quickly sap the life out of your strings and your sound. XTC coated silver-plated copper classical strings have a natural roundwound feel and sound fresh and bright with a "new string tone" that lasts three to four times longer than traditional guitar strings.

SAVAREZ

Savarez 540J Alliance HT Classic High Tension strings

£12.67

Set of 6 Savarez Alliance HT Classic 540-J high tension classical guitar strings. This set is made up of KF Alliance Composite strings (E-Mi, B-Si, G-Sol) and HT Classiques basses wound on a Stabilon nylon multifilament. The CF trebles are strings made with composite materials of which Savarez has the world exclusive. KF Alliance composite fibers have the same density and elongation as traditional "gut" guitar strings. The density is greater than that of polyamide strings and they are thinner than nylon strings, being able to withstand tensions of up to 35 Kg. The very low internal friction between the molecules increases their durability, conferring the following acoustic characteristics: Clarity and purity of sound , richness of timbre, great sensitivity, power, projection and a prolonged duration of the sound. The basses are wound with silver wire, with an advanced design and technology. In comparison, they have greater rigidity and allow for a more powerful sound. In general, they provide excellent endurance as well as a bright, rich tone.

STRING-TIE for guitar Black

£19.01

String-Tie is a remarkable new guitar accessory, and it's revolutionizing the way classical guitarists change strings. Not only does String-Tie make changing strings easier than ever, it may actually improve the musical tone of a strummed or plucked guitar. No matter how often you change your guitar strings, you are going to be faced with the challenge of tying the string ends in a secure fashion. You can tie each end in a traditional twist, or you can tie the ends into a half hitch or fancy knot. The only requirement is that the string not slip when tuned to pitch.
