Check the packaging on delivery and record visible damage in writing on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and [email protected], with photographs, and keep the packaging. We recommend reporting it within the first 24 hours. Customer-authorised deliveries without a signature or to alternative locations are subject to our terms and conditions.

After dispatch, transport usually takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination, with possible customs delays.
