These guitars come in a special finish with matt satin lacquered top, back and sides in high gloss ecological polyurethane varnish. All models are made with original Spanish heel, the real class in guitar construction. With this special construction method, the one-piece neck is extended into the body and connected directly to the sides, back and top. This not only guarantees an enormous stability, but also anoptimal transmission of vibrations, a faster response and a higher sustain. The heart of a Spanish guitar.

All guitars in the MAGISTRAL range are handmade in Europe and have additional features that are quite special in this moderate price range. These include the mahogany neck, which has an ebony inlay on the back for extra stability, the nut and bridge saddle, handmade from vintage oiled bone, and the ecological water-based high-gloss lacquer. The innovative 12-hole Moreno bridge, thanks to its special construction, allows the strings to always have the same contact pressure on the bridge. In contrast to the standard 6-hole bridge, the strings can be fixed more easily, quickly and securely. The risk of the strings slipping and damaging the top is considerably reduced. A special feature of all Manuel Rodriguez 4/4 guitars is the built-in armrest, which offers two decisive advantages: its rounded shape ensures a particularly pleasant playing comfort and allows the soundboard to vibrate freely over the entire surface, as it prevents sound damping due to the positioning of the arm on the top of the guitar. The new 2023 model Alhambra 11P from Alhambra Guitars is made entirely of solid woods: an Indian rosewood body, select fine-grain Western red cedar top and opulent dark ebony fingerboard. Add to that luxury gold-plated tuning machines that hold the tuning as straight as a die and you find yourself with a ‘signature model’ at the top of the range. You will see that the 11P’s fingerboard is longer than that of a standard classical guitar: it goes over the sound hole in order to introduce an additional fret - the 20th fret - which expands the instrument’s range and enables maestros to play all of the musical pieces they are required to. There is also an additional green line in the binding and inlays. However, the most important feature of this model is the heel: it is made of 5 different pieces whilst other models are composed of a single piece. The ingredients of the 11P all come together to produce a powerful, full-bodied sound. And the workmanship here is flawless: the guitar has a classic beauty, fineness of finish and warm color from the various woods. The tightness and especially the evenness of the grain in the Cedar Top is exceptional. Internal ebony reinforcement in the neck of the guitar. Concert size. 20 frets.
