At Guitar From Spain we ship worldwide. The only exceptions are shipments to countries with restrictions or embargoes due to geopolitical reasons, natural disasters or certain areas of the world without logistic coverage by our shipping agencies.

Our guitars are shipped insured in protective packaging designed for instruments. A case is not compulsory, but we recommend one for extra protection. Check the packaging on delivery and record visible damage in writing on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and [email protected], with photographs, and keep the packaging. We recommend reporting it within the first 24 hours. Customer-authorised deliveries without a signature or to alternative locations are subject to our terms and conditions.

Full terms and conditions

Many guitars are received from the manufacturer or luthier after an order is placed. Normal preparation takes 3 to 10 business days from receipt of payment and includes our quality checks. After dispatch, transport usually takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination, with possible customs delays.
